How do I change my IP adress?

Disable your internet connection and reenable it, if your ISP is a large one then it will give you a random IP address. It'll be similar, but the last 2 numbers (255.255.???.???) will probably be different. Either way theres no point in it, if you're scared of getting caught for something then the police can ask your ISP who was using the IP address at whatever time and bang they give your details. It's the law :p

Use a proxy. It won't permanently change your IP address, but it can be very useful for visiting websites safely.

thats the truth... although depending on what kind of virus protection program you have you could have one or two other ip adresses to take out a hacker or something.
