I do have something suitable though for the competition but I made it over 4 years ago. But I feel thats kinda lame because everyone else has went out their way to make something, when all I do is hit submit. :-/

They are all pretty good! I especially like the mutant zombie one!

I love what you do. Your characters style is amazing. Do apply the texture when you are done or do you start with the texture in place?

I always do it after all the hard work is finished. it's kind of like a little reward- or the fun part. it's also good to cycle through different textures and backgrounds and choose which looks best.
for this one i scanned in the back of my sketchbook as a base, then scanned part of one of my paintings, color selected, and then adjusted the levels on the sketchbook layer through that selection.

im sitting on my computer, I hear gunshots, i get down.
i dont wanna get outta my house that much, cuz man..
there have been so many shootings.

Basically this is me, on the ground, in the middle of a shooting, praying for my life.
