I'm calling into my congressman today and telling him to vote no on the bail-out, although it might have massive economic remafications. This is exactly the type of monster that was manufactured during the Great Depression to get a stranglehold on the money supply and to create the Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve in my opinion was the biggest contributor to this perpetuation of the failing economy. I feel like it is our duty as citizens to say NO to this huge wall street bail out. All we'll be doing is handing over massive amounts of power to the treasury secretary so that he can "bail" us out of a failing economy. This is a carefully orchestrated ploy to get a better hold of the currency supply of this country. If this law passes, you will see even stricter laws for money and we as citizens will have moved one step closer to socialism.
Call in, don't let your Democracy die with a whimper.

The Federal Reserve was created after the crisis of 1907, not during the Great Depression.
There's a variety of reasons to say no to the bailout, Democracy isn't one of them.
