It's not although Michael Jackson is actually sane... he does have some mental problems (wanting to live like a kid and all).. but I don't think he's molested this boy.

OK 1st MJ only got off last time (no pun) because he gave the kids family sumthin stupid like 3million dollars (hummm ???) and secondly they arent after the money, the case is going straight to court and they dont want any deals or meetings with the wicked witch of the west. there is no way he's gettin out of his kiddie ass fucking crimes this time, MJ is guilty and i hope he burns for it (once again no pun) if u dont want people saying yo widened their kids ass a few inches then stop inviting them to 'play' in ur back yard, which just happens to be a specialy built child magnet, and every1 sais that this is just a plot to trash his new album, i think its more likely that he's set all this shit up himself to promote his album, last album he realeased was a flop and he tried to sue sony for not advertising it enough, the whole fucking family is messed up, just last week this program was shown in the UK where as UK reporter (louis theroux) was trying to meet up with MJ (it was filmed about the same time the hilarious martin bashier interveiws were done, i dont know if they were shown in the US but they were a series of interveiws with MJ where he said he has children to sleep in his room and all this other stuff) and he couldnt get MJ so he met up with MJ's dad and asked 'would you b happy is MJ settled down with a B/F or G/F? and MJ's dad had a fucking fit and started scremin bout how gays should be burnt at the stake and all this shit. MJ ur goin down baby!!!!!

actually the laws have changed since 93, even if the kid doesnt want to continue the charges it will still go ahead, they also have a much more cooperative kid this time, hopefully MJ will get some kind of mental help, like electrodes to the brain or something, also they should get his kids away from him, i dont know why he hides their faces like that but something fishy is going on there, he may even have had people do surgery on them in a similar fashion to himself

The guy has admitted on TV that he lets children sleep in his own bed. That's just wrong.

MJ is a freak. Anyone who dangles a baby over a railing on a tall building, holding the baby by one arm, should be f'ing shot. MJ is a fucking freak and shouldn't be around children.

I don't care what the courts conclude, he's a freak and a danger to children. He already proved it by holding that baby over the railing. If he was doing that with my kid he'd be a dead man, so I don't see why his kids weren't taken away from him at that moment.

Theres absolutely no way,knowing the charges that were brought up last time, that any sane parent should let their kid even go there, let alone stay the night. It's one thing if your kid is scared in the night through a storm, they'll come and sleep in with you, but other peoples kids? It's just asking for trouble. I don't know if girl-children would even be safe, although all incidents have been boys (so far).

I think the parents of these children need to be held responsible as well. Since 1993, or even before then, Michael has been an accused child molester. Now what the hell kind of parent would allow their children to go to a sleep-over at Michael's house when they KNOW that he has at least been accused of it, even if he wasn't found guilty by a court? I know that if I had children I would NOT let them sleep over at the home of a possible molester, even if he was a multi-millionaire.

I don't know whether Michael is guilty or not. But I sure as hell know that the parents of those children are.

I totally agree with this statement. Surely he has enough lawyers, bodyguards, and staff to step in and tell him enough is enough. Instead it sounds like they all turned a blind eye to the situation.

It is sad how many people are involved in this situation. Each one could have helped to prevent it all from happening.

what i don't get is that people know what he has been charged of in the past. Why would you let your kids in there? Its not MJ's fault.....well the kid touching is....but its the parents faults for letting them in that Wonderland of touching and feeling, and why would they let their kids spend the night and a guys house that they don't personally know.
