I been researching flash game making:
How to you program the enemies to aim at you without having the gun immediately snap to where you are; in other words how do I make the enemy respond slow enough so that the game wont be impossible?
I can make a gun and bullet but I dont really understand health/damage/ect. and I need to know how to make it follow the mouse and how to ake the bullet actually shoot when I click.

If you want to research try learning from full source code instead of asking questions that take little understanding of programming and some common sense (because otherwise you only learn to reproduce others' solutions). http://www.flecko.net/source.html

I suggest you get somebody to help you, possibly a coder so you can have a partnership.
