What about the Pirates Of The Caribbean Franchise? The POTC films are some of my favourite films :( There have only been 5 real pirate movies this decade - 3 of them Pirates Of The Caribbean, one of them a spoof inspired by POTC, and one a porno inspired by POTC.

The fact I'm a pirate doesn't have anything to do with it, I swear <.<

You've spoken the truth. The better question is - What hasn't happened to Disney? But a lot of it's former movies were borrowed from other people's ideas, and old myths. 1000 and 1 Nights was the source of Aladdin, for example. All they did was add music, songs, a love story, and different drawings. Now that all old stories that are potential money makers have been used by Disney, they have to actually think for themselves. actually the older disney movies, and shows are on another channel called toondisney (how creative but hey its simple and to the point ) however they recently added the suit life of zack and cody, which kind of defeats the purpose of the channel being called TOON disney. ANyway the channel has shows like, Tarzan,Timon and Pumba, but at night they have Jetix as the night block whitch is alright since they show the old DC and Marval shows like spiderman and X-men and Batman.

Disney owns Pixar.... O.O They knew that they were going to be overtaken by Pixar in the animation business, so they simply bought pixar.

original looney toons are the best ever they were around since my dad was little and hes 43 and they quit showing them on tv since i was 12 but i think thats from walt disney

i think its fine for him to be concerned becuase do you think its good for childern to watch this crap? IMagine what goes through ones mind after that.
