If you smoke it you could become addicted and then you would have to buy some instead of letting it magically appear out of nowhere so you should sell down at the local chemist/gunshop/diary/whatever and get some money for it and then you could spend the money on more safer items... He couldn't have said any louder "I smoke ganja" unless he actually said that.

People who say they are addicted to weed, aren't chemically or physically addicted to it, they are just addicted in their minds to the feeling of being high.
