flash video frame by frame

I am a very good artist, and I woudl like to try making a flash video frame by frame, just like the guy that make Genchus sword did (Not sure the name but it is ranked #1) Can anyone tell me how to do this, or give me a link to a tutorial site, it would be very much appreciated.

goto flashkit.com first.. then practice(and one day you will get used to it)

I see but I am not srue how to make each frame individual, because I am new at this stuff.

Just go to the time line and right click on a frame and insert a keyframe, or insert blank keyframe (depending on what you need)
