I heard once too much Vitamin C can actually shorten your life span. On some days, I'll drink some Hawaiian Sun Green Tea ('natural' stuff, 20g of sugar, 100% Vitamin C per bottle, all amazing). Then I'll consume 2-3 more cans.
How much is too much Vitamin C? Is 60 grams of sugar bad for you?

You'll get gas and the runs, and it will mess with your metabolism, but it won't kill you.
You don't benefit from more vitamin C as your body can/will only use so much in a certain timespan.

Also, extreme amounts can lead to health issues and death if taken too long. Though, its really hard to kill yourself with Vitamin C.
"As discussed previously, vitamin C exhibits remarkably low toxicity. The LD50 (the dose that will kill 50% of a population) in rats is generally accepted to be 11.9 grams per kilogram of body weight when taken orally.[36] The LD50 in humans remains unknown, owing to medical ethics that preclude experiments which would put patients at risk of harm. However, as with all substances tested in this way, the LD50 is taken as a guide to its toxicity in humans and no data to contradict this has been found."

Too much sugar will be stored as fat. Just drink water with whatever you have in excess.

You literally have to be chowing down vitamin C constantly just to get poisoned. The extra vitamin C your body does not use is water soluble, so you piss it all out.

Again, your blood and kidneys filter it out, and piss out the rest.
Doing too much of this fucks up your pancreas and gives you diabetes type 2, though

At the coffee shop I work at, we sell this particular brand of fruit smoothies called Happy Planet.
I'm sure the bigger sizes of the containers contain something like 1000% daily vitamin c. I think it was that particular brand and size. It was just NUTS when a coworker pointed it out to me.
No scurvy if you drink that stuff, I can tell you that.

300% isn't even close. Keep in mind that they're thinking of treating cancer with high concentration of vitamin C (well...They tried it a long time ago and the results ended up being inconclusive partly because they'd try to do it orally, I heard tests are happening when they inject high concentration of vitamin C into cancer patients but I'm not entirely sure).
This too will pass.

Sugar and the other thingies in it are the bigger problem.
You would have to take a LOT of C Vitamin to kill yourself with it and before that happens, you might die to something else that drink contains or so.
Try to avoid it so you won't get diabetes, because it might be possible to get.

Too much of any vitamin can be dangerous.
Like vitamin A [?] in polar bear liver.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.
