I've been skipping b-fast a lot lately, because I don't have for a full out eggs/bacon/toast in the morning... and i'm kind of getting tired of cereal. What do you usually have? Are sugary things good in the morning?

My morning intake consists of a glass of milk, whole, and about 4 cigarettes. Do I recommend this, no, I'm just saying it works for me.

Only in the sense that the can provide a quick, all-be-it temporary, boots of energy. You're body needs food to kick start your metabolism after you wake up, especially to get your brain defrosted for proper thinking straight good. A balanced meal will help better in the longrun, so try to get something starchy and mildly sweet for some energy, something with protein for brain boost, and some fiber to clean our the plumbing. If you don't have time in the morning, prepare something you can eat cold or reheat quickly the night before, and grab some fruit to go along with it. Breakfast burritos and bananas are the first thing that come to mind.

Pretty much what Jamoke said. The important thing is getting some kind of meal, even a small one, to get your metabolism running early. If you're really in a rush and don't feel like preparing a meal just get some instant breakfast mixes. Ya mix them in milk and they're fortified with alot of vitamins and minerals. Eat foods you can carry on the run. Grab a banana for potassium and a nutrigrain bar or some sort of granola bar for fiber and carbs. That'll keep your body and mind running on full throughout the morning.

Chop bananas and strawberries into your cereal. You could also try bananas on toast or as a sandwich. I'll usually have one of those if there's nothing better to eat.

Cookies on the run, you know.
And maybe a glass of milk.

Lately I've been having hot pockets on the way out the door. I don't have time to eat before class.
