I have no self control

I can't control my anger. At all. Sometimes that shit's scary, because I really don't know what I'm going to do when I'm upset. The reason I'm bringing this up is because some kid's been, supposedly, harassing my girlfriend, and I'm not just going to let some shit like that slide. About five minutes ago I busted up the entire side of my wall because I was just so mad, and I really don't know how to handle this situation - which isn't something I usually come across. I can usually handle myself fine, but this is the one time where I'm face down in a shitty rut and can't think of a way out.

I'm not going to talk it out with him. He's some little ignorant fuck, and don't get me wrong, he's a lot smaller than I am and I know for a fact I could kick his ass. What I'm worried about is getting suspended from school, or having him turn around and tell all his black friends what happened, and then watching my house get shot up.

The reason I'm coming here is because, at this point, I can't turn to anyone else. I'm just venting I guess, and I'd like to see what the majority of you would do about this, because I can't decide.

I have a lot of situations where I'd love to stab someone in the face, but I don't.

I had a bit of an anger problem when I was younger, but I just sort of mellowed out somehow. I think I just realized how much of a pain it is to be enraged so often, and stopped caring about shit.

Just keep in mind that the best way to handle most situations is by keeping your cool and not flipping out. Think about it first. Trashing objects is just going to piss you off more once you realize that you just broke your own stuff.

well first of all,get a punching bag,one that hangs from the ceiling,i have one that just has a tank full of water keeping it on the ground,and its just not as satisfying to hit as a hanging one because it doesn't move as much.Anyway getting one of those should help a lot,maybe you wont beat your wall anymore.

I'd give anything to be able to just chill out. It honestly is unbelievably stressful, sometimes to the point where I just want to jump off of a building. And the sad thing is, I was never really this way before I met the girl I'm dating, she's definitely the number one source of all my shit - but I can't bring myself to kick her to the curb.

Do you just get jealous of guys hitting on her, or does she just really piss you off all on her own? If she's making you really stressed and angry, you should talk to her about it. If she decides to take it easy from then on, then you're better off. If she breaks up with you for saying it, then she's gone, and not around to bug you anymore. Which is probably for the best, since you shouldn't have a girlfriend that pisses you off endlessly and you can't have a serious relationship talk with.

Whenever I get really pissed off, I try to imagine the offender's point of view. Did they mean to be an asshole, or do they even realize that they've pissed you off? Have you ever done something to them that would result in a grudge? Things like that. You'll be busy enough by thinking that you won't rage immediately. You might do it later, but hey, it's an improvement.

I had the same problem before, but I was dealing with three of them instead of one. Just put on a big, overly friendly smile, and briskly walk after them saying "I wanna talk to you buddy!"

I do get a little jealous whenever a guy looks her way, but she's usually the one that finds a way to piss me off, rather than other guys. And I have actually talked to her about it before, I've told her everything, and there's shit I'm not going to get into, but I mean, at the same time she's amazing. She manages to make my life this big, stressful, piece of shit, and then at the same time manages to make it seem wonderful. I've honestly thought about breaking up with her before. The thoughts come to my mind quite frequently now, I've almost gotten used to them, but it's just not that simple for me.

Yeah, I really didn't think about it that way. For all I know the kid could have a little crush on her, and typically when, y'know, immature kids like another girl they express it in a negative way - and if that's the case then I do feel a little bad for him. I doubt he meant any
real harm, but when you've got a woman bitching in your ear about it, it's hard not to take it personally and want to stab a bitch in the face.
