I think findsounds.com has some very good sounds,and it's free.

sound snap has great sound effects. But it doesn't have any vido game ones if you are looknig for those.

i use SoundDogs as it has hundreds of variations of thousands of sounds :p

I'm currently looking for the kinda noise you'd expect to hear when collecting a coin in a game though and can't find it :(

In my opinion and in the ones of many others, SOUNDSNAP.COM has the most and best sounds and it's easy to use.
