I was 14 when i joined newgrounds and guess what! It's been exactly four years since i signed up for newgrounds . It's my fourth newgrounds anniversary lolz. I don't think 13 is too young as long as you don't look at the pornographic section. I think it's cool to sign up when you are young and still be here years later.

I was eight or nine when I first came here. I saw a couple of disturbing porn ads, than left. I came back in two years, didn't see any porn ads, and signed up. I didn't do that much in the forums until a couple of months ago. So no, your not too young.
