I'm new to NG, but I can't view anything! I'm a level two, if that changes anything. Would someone tell me why whenever I try to watch or play something it's just a blank, white box??? Thanks!

Im guessing it's a problem with your flash. Are you sure you have the newest flash player?

Because you get that white box when you don't

If you have the most recent flash player I would check your browser settings just in case something is amiss there, but it might be caused by the speed of your internet connection. If you have a slow connection you won't see anything until the first frame of a movie or game loads. Some times authors will export sounds or other large files in the first frame so It may take awhile just to load the preloader.
