I recently (saturday) uploaded a flash movie that I made called fart within the matrix. Now it had a movie made by somebody else on it and now it says its being flagged, what does that mean?

It most likely broke one of the submission rules. The administrators will view it and judge it.

Using somebody elses work without crediting them and without their permission is against the rules of submission. You might even get banned.

You probally went against the rules and did something bad, VERY BAD... AND NOW YOU MUST SUFFER!!! just kidding lol... well if you stole the movie, all i can say is STEELING IS BAD! (reminds me of my younger years.... nah not really)
