I knew from the beginning that you'd only be here for a short time. That's what exchange students do. However, from the first moment I had the privilege to set my eyes upon you, I felt like I was gazing at the most amazing human being on the planet. I wish that we had more time then the short year that you were here. Sadly, I knew I shouldn't have gotten attached, but I knew that would be impossible. I just wish we could've spent more time together.

Now that she's back home in Italy, I barely get a chance to talk to her. Occaisionally on MSN, but very rarely anymore.
