how do i add music/sound to my animation and make the animation quality better?

File->Import->to Library (browse to song file)
That will let you import a sound file into Flash. To apply it to a frame click the frame and then click on 'properties'
To improve quality go to File->Publish Settings and make you're desired changes from there (such as jpeg quality and compression settings)

ok thanks m8, how do i get a song to play all the way through the animation though?

Ctrl + R is the quick way to import... Just thought that might be helpful...

.wav works to but I think flash has trouble impoorting sounds sometimes, I believe it has to have a certain bit rate and even then sometimes for inexplicable reasons files won't import.
