Is there a way to show what time/second it is (in the flash movie) when I click on a frame?
Is there a way to for it to test play the movie slow and it'll show what frame it is or second?
Is there like a Windows movie media kind of layout where while the movie plays it'll highlight the frame it is on or it'll show how far the music is in.
It's kind of difficult for me to put my question in words so bear with me please. I'll try to post more information of my question if I can find the words.
aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh
Click on the frames the music is on, click on that box that sez event, and change it to stream. Problem solved
psn: jdsrockin

What he means is that the animation might be off-sync with the music due to the sound file being set to "Event" instead of "Stream". Click on the frame(s) that the sound file is on in the Timeline, and press Ctrl + F3 to bring up the Properties panel. In the Sync drop-down menu, change it to "Stream".
Read more about syncing here.
Oh, and you can see the elapsed time in your animation next to how many frames per second on the Timeline.

oh dude, that was what I was exactly looking for. i love you man, thank youuu
because you see im making an animation where hmm how do you say.... plays along with the animation. like a music video. for example when there a big thump there may be a wall breaking down or the room shaking.
also one more question, what is the difference between event and stream? with event the music sounds much better but with stream it doesnt sound as good.
what are the advantages and disadvantages?
thank you for your time guys.

I'm lead to believe it's called 'mickey mousing'.

The link that I gave you in my other post explains it. In a couple of sentences:
Event sounds run their own course when triggered (put on the Timeline). Stream sounds sync to the Timeline, and Flash will even drop animation frames if necessary to keep the sound and animation synced.
If you want to improve the quality of the streamed sound, go to File > Publish Settings, click on the Flash tab, and click on the 'Set' button beside the 'Audio stream' setting. There, you can change how the sounds are compressed, or raise the bit rate to a higher kbps, which makes the sound quality better. However, the more you raise the bit rate, the bigger a filesize you will have, so try and find a balance.

just click on the music layer, then open up the properties window (go up to window>>properties>>properties) and click "edit" which is beside "Effect:"
another window will pop up go to the bottom right corner and one of the small buttons should say like "Frames", click it. Look at both the top and bottom time lines the top is for the right speaker and the bottom is for the left..or the other way around w/e. basically just look at you movie timeline, find the frame number, than open up that music window again, find the frame number on the time line and drag the top line so that it stops at whatever frame you selected.
Btw, if you have seperate scenes you will need to add up the numbers that all the frames stop in each scene
