in a lot of flashes i see a NG logo and then it shakes a lot and turns into the words everything by everyone and that shakes a lot then dissappears, where do you download that?

he means the one with when it loads it has that envilope effect then it says newgrounds everything by everyone i think..

whoops sorry, since sick and I misunderstood the part of the "letters saying everything by everyone".

That preloader is exclusive and only the awesome NG animators have it. Unless you can find a link in megaupload... But I don't know where :/

Don't give it out, dude, even if you do find it. Some people like to be helpful and just provide it at request (I used to do the same), but frankly I think it should be reserved for those who it was intended for: the artists that the staff deem worthy.
