Hopefully in five years you will know better. Even with the GI bill paying for your education, you're still going to have to deal with a load of other expenses. Be reasonable, for your own sake. Why would you purchase a sports car when you don't have living quarters yet? Or a plan?

Lots of people get out of college with heavy debt due to student loans. It sounds like you'll have a leg up on those people. Don't ruin it for yourself by blowing it on stuff your 17 year old mind wants. You know what they about a fool and his money, right?

Yeah I get what you mean I guess it really depends on what I do I was looking into this as a career, now my MS0 is combat infantry specifically I'll be a RECON saw gunner and then I planed on going to college and coming back as an officer and do combat engineering but who noes what will happen.
