Since "we" think there are billions of planets in our universe, the law of averages, there must be another planet capable of sustaining life. There is a big difference though between the ability to sustain life, and actually having its own eco system. I think that the discovery of another planet like earth would be very exciting, but i dont believe we'll ever find any other life.

We don't need another, this one sucks enough.

There are several possible earths, but they are all in different galaxies.

Thats just what we need! Another fertile planet we can destroy.
