I talk in my head yes, I like to call it thinking myself, not sure what other people might call it. I generally do it if I am thinking of something to do or thinking about what I am doing, I can't imagin where I would be without the thought process of discussion in my head.

I never let it come out of my mouth though, I would never get caught in a coversation with myself, my brother does though, he can talk to himself for ages.

This topic? Was like...every single word written in my head...This was exactly in my head half an hour ago...These exact words...I try to remember it...And if I do...WHAM...A topic.

I once saw a man riding his bike, shouting to himself. Shouting really loud! That was an odd thing to see (and hear)
I kinda felt sorry for him, cause it must have been something psychological or medical that caused it and how this guy didn't have much control over it. I don't think it was Tourette, but it sure looked odd to see him talking to himself really loud.

I don't do that... I talke much more silent to myself. And in my mind. Nice dialogues, I always win a debate! :D
