Link is actually the most well know SILENT game hero....Lots of games have a non-speaking main character...But Link is pretty much the famous one....

But being based on what they accomplished...Freeman is really underground so he doesn't count...Link saves a world too though...From evil forces...But indeed...Pokemon trainer..He's fucking ten...

The best silent protagonist well personally I would go with link. He saves the world from ultimate evil and all he says is a couple grunts and gasps.

But other then that I hate it when they use silent protagonists. It's just a lame attempt at making him/her badass while not spending money on a voice actor.
