I just made an account, new to the site. Haven't taken time to look around much.
1.When you submit flash, do you have to use the NG preloader or can you just make your own, and put the NG logo somewhere in your submission?
2. Will your submission get deleted if people don't like it?

You don't need to use the NG preloader, but it's a good idea to. If people don't like it, it will most likely be blammed (deleted).

If people think the submission isn't quality it will be blammed (aka deleted).
