there's your problem, you should have a balance of atleast 2 skills, I suggest grinding back through the story for levels and do up hp/magic.

Buy a few sandwiches, use them when your fighting the dragon and when your big jump and whack like your a windmill, and you shouldn't fall while fighting.

Shouldn't take long with high strength.

find some friends in life and play with them it helps

Get your defence/HP up it helps, buy potions and buttys, althought I don't think you can buy them until you beat the level but w/e
