I agree, it's just illogical to be able to pause multiple players. Then there would be tons of assholes who would sign on and just pause the game for 50-60 minutes while others players lay helpless.

Well he shouldn't have been crying, what happened to the days when you told a kid to shut up he would do so? My father was to busy getting drunk and watching the game to nurture me when I was a kid, and I'm sure if I interrupted him he'd punch a whole in my head as well. But for the most part I agree, he just got pissed because he died while playing a game like Oblivion or Final Fantasy where there no checkpoints and you have to load an old save in order to continue and took his aggression out on his child.
