No. Some dumb American and Canadian girls like how British men are depicted in TV and movies. But this is pretty much confined to Hugh Grant and Pierce Brosnan (I know, he's Irish but he usually plays an English person).

That positive stereotype doesn't hold up very well when they get an ear of Cockney and realize that what Brits call "Posh" and mostly have scorn and derision for, is actually what they thought is the typical way of speaking/behaving in England, but it isn't.

But again, that's basically due to Hollywood anyway. The idea that British men are all charming good-lookers goes away pretty quickly when people meet the average British person and become reminded of the less savory stereotypes (bad teeth, homely Anglo features, bad hygiene, alcoholism, tendency to curse incessantly etc...).
