SoThink Web Video Downloader Add-on for firefox (link) will save them as a .flv (Flash video format). Use an FLV Player of your choosing to play them.

If you have Flash you just could get a decent decompiler and compile it into a .Fla. Than delete the movie player from the file and export it as your desired format.

Once you get the flv using the methods mentioned above, you should be able to convert it into a viewable file format using this. Not sure though as I don't have a mac so I cannot test it.

Xtube and Redtube don't consistently add new videos, of atleast not enough go to gutter.com.Tis better.
