Looking for artists for a project

Hi guys

I'm looking for talented artists to help me with the art for my RTS game. Check out the thread here: http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/9611 46

It requires a lot of work. Lots of art and animation. I'll probably require thousands of images. I believe the project has a huge amount of potential, I just don't have the time to make it happen.

If the project is successful, I may even be able to pay any artists. But I'm not making any promises there.

For Christ's sake. I can't even let you off a little because this time the Art Request Thread is on the first page!

The Art community isn't some isolated little community where people can ask us to do stuff for them. We ARE people and we use this place to show off and imrpove our work.

Sorry if I came off as offensive but it's not aimed just at you. We get about 4 of these threads every week and I find it insulting. Whatever though. Use the designated thread, read the rules and good luck with your project or whatever.

Don't worry, I've worked as an administrator and moderator on MORE than enough forums to know to respect the rules :)

Except that this isn't a rule. I see no sticky or information regarding that this is the correct method of art requests. Nor do I see any designated threads, or anything.

If you are starting a new topic you MUST start with a piece of your own original art. If you are looking for advice, please share your work as an example of what you are trying to accomplish.

First rule that applies to this thread.

Do not post requests such as "Photoshop this" or "Draw this" without giving your own example. You are allowed to create Photoshop threads but you must provide source art as well as a second post with your own submission. Please don't ask people to Photoshop your friends.

Second rule that applies to this thread.

Protip: When someone points out that you're being a jackass, the correct response is -not- to be an even bigger jackass.
