Newgrounds added a captcha

Newgrounds put a captcha in on the registration page. What's the point? There aren't spambots or anything. Discuss.

There are basically no bots on NG. In all of my time here, I have seen only two or three accounts that looked like bots.

I don't mind the captchas, unless they go out of their way to be impossible to read. Like, the letters are twisted sideways, distorted, blurred, and there's a bunch of random marks all over the image.

I've never seen bots on the BBS either, well Pbot doesn't count.
I can't speak for the flash pages, so that might be a reason.

The only times I have seen anything that looked remotely like a bot were all on the BBS.
