K so decided that i looked pretty homosexual drawing well oiled, muscle ridden and topless men non-stop this summer so i think we can all agree there is more variation (probably for the better) if i draw me some galz.

I can expect there to be no argument against this Newgrounds... I know what you want.

Be easy on me, it took me forever to pluck up the courage to draw me reasonable rack... any comments are welcome. This one is just a sketch atm but i think the whole 'fantasy babe' thing can work.

Toodles.

Its great but here is were you can imporve:

1). You could start by rubbing out the sketchy lines.

2). Sorry but it looks as if her butt and thigh area are the wrong way round because if you care to notice womens legs dont lead to striaght lines.

3). Try to draw some real feet.

But keep trying

Hope I helped.

You did very little effort on the body, which although makes the face stand out, it doesn't make it stand out in the nice kind of way. Get some google photos to work with. Make sure the hip area distinctly shows fem features, including the chest. These two are the spots that distinctly create the female physique.

these are all terrible pieces of advice. Especially the first one. You can achieve the best art without putting your finger on the paper.

the idiom "rubbing out" can mean different things: In this case it means "erasing", not finger-smudging.

Either way, it's still a bad idea. it helps the learning process (for us and the artist) if you leave the rough-stuff. if you're doing a final, you'd probably end up inking it anyways.

Link me to something great made in charcoal that DIDN'T use smudging...
smudge-sticks are completely legitimate tools when using graphite as well.

charcoal is different, graphite + smudging is a no-no. its uneven and makes drawings look bad.

What the fuck are you talking about?!

Smudging is part of the process of pencil art. You obviously are talking out of your ass.
I smudge in nearly every drawing I do. Especially if it is meant to be a finished piece. You aren't allowed to talk anymore.

example of smudging graphite.

People relax I gave a bad piece of advice thats all no need to take it out on eachother!!
And I only said to rub out the sketchy lines becuase I hate sketchy lines in general sorry.
Still the final product should be good.

My characters always end up looking quite androgynous.

Probably due to the fact that I tend to draw females in tomboyish clothing with reasonably flat chests, and I'm just generally bad at drawing faces.

Jesus Christ Jade, that's really good. And not just because it has tits! I mean its a kind of drawing that is not only beautiful in the sense of sexuality, but makes you feel "god, i want to BE with her", not fuck her.

Or maybe that's just me.
