I could imagine dinosaur being a tough cut of meat, but if you tenderize it and let it marinade for a few weeks, that it would truly be the most delicious meat ever. A dinoburger sounds pretty good, as does a dino prime rib and dino chops. It'd be one big meal too, one fit for a king.
