I didn't do it in photoshop. Read the first post in this thread (not just the first sentence), and you'll see how to do it.

Remove the spaces. You'll be able to edit the page that you're on.

I'd bet that's what the mod forum looks like.

With my method, you can also change the pictures. For example, in the source code for the forums, you can change the level icon by finding the "level13D" to "level60". Or something.

Also, explore the source code for websites to figure out what else you can do.... Example (picture 1 of 3)
