No. There is a huge amout of flaws. The torso is mangled and his ribs should go back more. His chest and abs just look like a big mush inside his skin. I have no idea what's going on with the feet. The legs are too small. The arms aren't thick enough. His position looks so uncomfortable and lifeless. The face, expression, hair and head shape or way, way, way off.
I'm not insulting you I'm telling you where you've made mistakes. There are many more aswell but I think I've upset you enough. Practice makes perfect and using a referance image can't hurt.

Anyways, as for the drawing, the torso is extremely off, try looking a realistic picture of some buff dude.
Then you could fix more errors from there.
