I also watched Freddy Kreuger and Twighlight Zone, but those didn't bother me.

Silly mod, just ban the movies.

Alright.

I wasn't really scared of the whole movie, but the mutant dogs in
the HULK freaked me out.

... I guess I was about 9 or 10 years old.

Evil Dead. That time the girl gets posessed and she is sitting in the doorway smiling and giggling was freaky.

And for some reason the Halloween Special on Family Matters where Eurkel makes the dummy. I used to cry when that came on and we'd watch it as a family in the living room.

I saw "An American Werewolf in Paris" when I was 9. Know I'm still traumatised and afraid of going out alone when it's full moon.

No movies really scared me to the point that I had nightmares but a couple scary movies made me afraid to look down dark corridors without singing some sort of song to help me feel better. The Exorcist almost made me cry when the girl turned into the grandma towards the end of the movie. I was scared for a while but I was able to go to sleep fine. Weird.

I'm planing on watching some of the movies you guys mentioned though.

Are you sure you're not thinking of The Others, when the girl says "I am your daughter!" in the wedding dress?

I'm so glad my dad raised me watching all these horror movies. He showed my brother this movie called Dolly Dearest which was basically like Chuckie except a girl doll. Anyways m brother was four and got so scared when he went to bed he told my dad to spray "The Dolly Spray" in the room. He never knew it was only hair spray.

The Ring

This was the only movie I have ever seen that scared and disturbed the shit out of me. I had a really hard time trying to go to sleep after watching it.

And, The Shining (The one with Jack Nicholson in it.)

Though this movie didn't scare me, it disturbed me a bit.

But The Ring was the scariest movie I have seen.

Scary movies don't normally scare me. Scary documentaries, however, do.

I remember getting shaken up by watching "Mystery Hunters" a few times as a kid. I even watched a documentary about a haunted house with some special effects and I was scared to go to bed alone years ago. I remember watching the "Blair Witch Project" last year and I couldn't get to my room without turning all the lights on the way there.

I am very aware that movies are nothing but special effects and acting but scary documentaries spook the Hell out of me. This is mostly due that fact scares me more than fiction does.

Chucky. My big Sister made me watch a part where he sits on a guys face suffocating him. I was scared to sleep. Also another time she got me to watch the beginning part of "Halloween"(?) Where a woman comes home and thinks somebodies in her house so she goes next door and asks the guys to check it out and they do and nobody's there. So she goes there and sees a man at the end off the hall so she screams running next door and comes in to see one of the guys (about 19-20) has a ice skating shoe stabbed him in the face and she runs to the back door and when she opens it the other guy (dead) falls on her and the man is standing there. She runs away and next door at her house cops are there (she rang them to check out if someone was in her house) so she's standing at the window screaming for them when the man comes up and cuts her neck then walks off. Then it says "Halloween"

Scariest shit ever.
