6 pack to 8 pack help plz

Ok i have a defined 6 pack but i want a 8 pack i herd its only genetics but that has to be bullshit i mean it had to get in the gen pool some how. Anyone have any exercises.

well i didnt think that people didnt like the 8 packs but chix at my school think there pretty school. Besides i have a 6 pack i work out 30min a day eat junk and anything i want all day. I guese i might just leave it at 6

Lol? Girls go crazy over anyone with a 6 pack or 8 pack. They don't care. I've actually met more girls who say a 8 pack is sexier than a 6 pack rather than wierd.

and eat proper, every 3 hours. lots of protein

My only guess is. . .work out more. Work out your abs MUCH more.

Either that or consult a fitness trainer or something. If you are really wanting those abs.
