Go here (resolution needs to be at least 1024 pixels wide) and tell me if anything is distorted or not working right. Try it in multiple browsers. Tell me your OS, browser, and resolution. Also try scrolling and resizing the window. Everything should stay centered when resizing, and nothing should move except the white text when scrolling. Don't bitch about the graphics or code plox. Thanks.

In IE 7 the nav bar at the top is off to the right rather than it being in line with the content.

It looks horrible in IE 6. The reason for this is that you can't do background-attachment:fixed on anything other than the body tag. Personally, the fixed background image confuses the hell out of me anyway.
For some reason it also makes the top header section the height of the browser window, which royally screws things as well.
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.

It's a cool idea, but I don't think it's very cross browser..

Looks okay here in Firefox 2.0.0.16, Safari 3.1.2, Opera 9.25 all tested on Windows XP, 1280x1024 resolution.
Only annoyance I would say is in Firefox I cannot use the scroll wheel to scroll on the page. Scroll wheel works in Safari and Opera.
I like the idea.

The background isn't fixed anymore, and the content DIV is on top of the background DIVs. It should be scrollable and highlightable now, and maybe not borked in IE. Results?

That's odd, Smules. I can use the scroll bar fine in FireFox on XP Home SP2. Looks fine in Opera 9.50

I just fixed that. The backgrounds were on top of the content DIV before, which is also why the text wasn't selectable. The content DIV's on top now.

Nah the scroll bar worked fine, the (mouse) scroll wheel wasn't working - but yeah just checked and that's been fixed now.
