I havent seen revolutions yet, but in reloaded i got confused at the end.

1. Was the man he met at the end, the maker of the matrix?
2. If so, does that mean, even that they think they are out of the matrix, they are actually still in the matrix?(like zion etc..)

From what i could understand, is that they keep "remaking" the matrix, to destroy the "anamoly"(neo and the chosen ones before him). And that Even when they are out of the matrix, like zion, or in the ship, they are actually still inside the matrix?(kinda like a matrix within the matrix)

He was the designer of the matrix, and the polar opposite of the oracle. He was meant to destroy in the matrix (neo) and she was the one that made hime.

No, if neo would have went through the other door and died to save zion, he said the world would end because smith would have no one to be his opposite to destroy him in the end. There is no matrix within a matrix, its just that neo is stuck within the matrix.

All of the people infected by smith were returned to normal. Neo was actually the antivirus to smith, and because smith and neo canceled each other out, Neo died.

No, the change of the Oracle's face is buddist symbolism of rebirth (I.E. a new shell). This tells us that the Oracle knows that the end is near and she will become reborn at the end of the sixth matrix.
