People since when has it ever been to ok to pick on the mentally challenged? Ok I know some of you may not be able to comprehend this but do you have any idea how hard it is for him live a normal life let alone be on the internet?

Exactly. I used to tutor mentally challenged kids in school (and on a side note, I most likely will again this year), and no one ever made fun of them. You know why? Because people at my school are kind and respectful, unlike most of Newgrounds. Although I truthfully have no idea whatsoever who "Ngman7" is, that doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that he's mentally challenged, and that people should be locked in prison for making fun of him. He can't control what kind of "useless" threads he makes. You should be happy that he can make a thread at all. And believe me, I've seen a ton of useless threads made by people who are completely normal, aside from those who pick on people with disabilities. I respect CartoonDiablo for making this thread, although since most of Newgrounds is made of heartless asshats, it's likely that no one will listen to it and just flame CD.
