Okay, i'm really stuck here.
I am trying to make a Chemical Brothers inspired song using Reason 3.0
I've created the backing track, now i just need to get a small clip of a chemical brothers song and put it in my song where I want it.
I'm using a deep voice saying, "Do It Again" in their song, "Do It Again". I got clip, and saved it as a .wav file.

Now I just need to convert it to a midi file so I can import it into Reason and put it in my song.
But I can't find a converter ANYWHERE!
Can someone please help me?

I did find a converter called AmazingMidi but that just converted the clip into piano noises...

Thanks,

CazmoV

Yeah it should do that. You need to import this into the program your using, and assign an instrument to the midi clip.

Does the program your using not support .wav files?

Hope i'm helping.

You can't convert a sound file into a midi file. A midi file is telling the computer which note is held for how long.

You can use Reason's NN-XT sampler, just browse for the sample and load it, then you can trigger it yourself through MIDI; it will accept .wav files too, so no need to convert
