I was talking to my friend some days ago at the very end of my birthday party (we are both pretty drunk), and the discussion turns to internet, we talk about rickroll, 4chan, shitty meme, and then i talk of my hatred of furries. Afther a long speech, i stop and he says ''at least its better than lolicon'' We both agree, continue talking and we talk of child abusers and that kind of things.

At one point, i said that it must be very easy to find child porn on the internet and he interrupt me at once, saying exactly :
- Its hard to find anything good. All the photos leads to paysites, and the videos to viruses.

Afther a few seconds of silence (in witch he din't look at me and my wtf face), he continues :
- I never found any good videos all that bullshit... don't think i will, either.

Then he looked back at me, saw my expression, turned to blank, said something like ''Fucking shit no'', got up, and walked away.

I din't talk to him since (its been 3 days) and i don't know if i should ever do so.

Yeah, so i ask a bunch of internet people, what would you do?

Well even though you were drinking, he still mentioned it, I think it means that he wanted to talk about it, somewhere in his mind.

Maybe you should bring it up when you're both sober, and see how he reacts, maybe it was just curiosity that got the better of him or maybe he needs help. You shouldn't ignore what you know though.

It depends on how good of a friend he is, if you have no respect for him but value him as a good friend then maybe you should talk to him about it and see if you can get him some help.

However if you think he's a shit friend and rather dodgy, report him.

Well thanks for the opinion (i mean, youre the first in the topic to make a post that has sense) but he was talking about child porn, not lolicon/shotacon.

Well maybe it's an idea to get him talking about WHY he looked first. If he says he likes little girls, then yes punch him then report him, if he gets all upset and says he doesn't know he just wanted to understand it (maybe) then try and hear him out perhaps? I still think the fact that he mentioned it means he doesn't want to do it secretly to enjoy. He was curious.

Well recently on the news they found this man who lived in his mums house, he was like 30 years old and he had over a quater of a million naked pictures of children as young as 6 and other such pedophilia. But he ran a site that had pictures of children in their underware, wich of course is fully legal but this lead to the other payed section of the site that had hardcore stuff.
