I wish this somehow broke the rules so I could just post "No" and lock it.

Until they fucked up the last season it was reasonably good.
Just cos I think it is ok doesn't mean my post should be deleted.

It used to be funny, but then they completely fooked it up making a horror parody which sucked ass and then they killed the funniest character.

The best comparison I can give is it is like Friends. Spaced is a million times better though.

Well it was kind of like if the people on friends got really bold and really unclever with the sex jokes. I didn't hate the few episodes I've seen but it's nothing special. I did like how they started all the characters off in their very early 20's so It's not artificial to see them advance through life. In America a cast that age would have been on a typical college show and it woul;d have sucked.

But Friends is a million times better.
This is like every bad English stereotype rolled into one I think.

I'm watching it now because I've exhausted tonights cycle on Dave and they're repeating shows from earlier in the night. I don't need to see a Never Mind the Buzzcocks Christmas Special twice in one night... Though, it is a Mark Lammar episode; a rarity on television these days. Armstal dragged that show down with cheesy gimmicks.
Two Pints is another show that used to be funny. It then failed to deliver originality and resorted to over-the-top crap like this episode about evil sheep. Yes, sheep ARE evil; but c'mon, they're nothing compared to the Cows, their lords and masters!

Of Two Pints or Spaced. Two pints, yes. Spaced, go fuck yourself.

Wasn't that kind of the point.

Of Two Pints, never bothered to watch Spaced.
Wasn't that kind of the point.
I thought being funny was meant to be the point? Which didn't work out.

You should watched Spaced, it isn't half bad.

No it wasn't that funny, it's probably been the best thing on BBC3 though. It's an awful channel.

You should get the DVDs. Best modern british sitcom, by far, and the single greatest show for making use of pop-culture references that you're ever likely to find. Episode five or series two is a personal favourite for this: SPACED gunfight.

Please say you don't like the last season. It was horrific. They got rid of the character that made the show bearable and fucked the plot up.

It's the british equivlant of Dharma and Greg...unfunny, laugh track, makes you wonder what sort of people find predictability humourous..
And I want to smack the indian woman..her voice is such a shrill twisted dagger of a sound.

The musical is ace, and from what I remember it's actually quite good. It's been ages since I watched it, though. Might have to give the DVDs a watch.
