And yeah we usually focus on Defense on one of them and Offense on the other. we started last week. our practices go from 8-11 AM, to 3-6 PM.

Really? My coaches usually just run us until they are tired of blowing a whistle, and then we do all the full speed high-chance of injury drills to get us ready for our first gane

Ohh lol, i guess we do two-a-days every day then.

Practice starts at 7:30am, lunch is at like 11:am, then practice ends at 2:30pm...defense in the morning, offense in the afternoon. SOmetimes we go into class rooms for like an hour

I'm a freshman, so to try out for the JV team, we have practice all day. From 8 till 5.

But shouldn't two-a-day be permanently set in the training? Although the hours are long it is best to focus on both aspects to balance the team out.

Yeah but there is school n stuff later in the season.

Yeah my school calls them double sessions. We go from 9am to 11:30am, then a one hour break and we end at around 2:30pm.
