How do i get rid of ciggarette smoke scent? ii made a stupid choice of smoking in my room last night, and now i need to get rid of the smell before my mum gets up, i've tried deodrant, air freshner, and i've had my window opened for ages butt he smell won't go away 100%, newgrounds, help!

I once had this problem.

It seems unless you get a really decent air freshener (I'm talking ones that could be classed as chemical weapons) it won't go away. It takes a day to get rid of the smell. I suggest a plug in air freshener opposed to aerosol cans. When it came down to it, no one could smell it. Only me.

Why were you smoking in your room in the first place? If you wanna smoke, do it outside.

Also, try pouring some really strong aftershave on a few things. It'll mask the scent hopefully. Otherwise, you just gotta have to wait it out.

If you burn some scented candles in your room or unscented, doesn't really matter, just the scented might work faster. Then the burning will burn up the smokey vapors and also mask the smell, it's like lighting a match after laying down a steamy deuce.

I used to smoke, and then my lung collapsed. They cut you open, jam a metal bar in between your ribs, and stick this tube in that basically sucks the air out of your chest cavity (blisters form on your lungs when you smoke for too long, and if one pops, air gets into the chest cavity, crushing your lung. It hurts like a bitch). Best of all, they don't do anything but numb the skin where they cut you. They don't knock you out. They don't gas you. You're awake and aware the whole entire time.

I did acctually just, soak some vinegar into a cloth and dab it on most of the furniture in my room, near where i was smoking, and my bed, it's seemed to work, you can't smell the smoke anymore, it just smells like vinegar instead.
