I'm very hungry, but all there is to eat are the following items:

Peanut butter
Stale Cheez-Its
Cinnamon rolls that are 7 months old (no lie)
Pasta sauce
Bag of tiny marshmallows
Jar of apple sauce
and a can of pineapple slices

Halp me NG, how can i make a delicious gourmet meal out of these items!?

they're both made out of flour
