green, orange, yellow, red, and black... that makes no sense at all.

Whoa whoa whoa, dude that banner at the top is WAY to big, the organization of it is pretty much thrown at random, theres no links to the main shit, and what not, and like everyone else says... Green?! Newgrounds is down with the Black and Gold man, I get the green army tie in because of the tank, but this isn't the army its Newgrounds! But still, it looks pretty cool, but I still think what Newgrounds has now is still better.

I would have to say that your color scheme sucks balls. The layout is not that good either, over all i would have to say you need to go back to the drawing board.

Sorry man, but thats... wrong.
I've never known green and orange to go together, and I HATE the gradient Newgrounds text.
The banner isn't smooth enough for me, and the whole page is unorganized.
You need to keep with a few harmonious colours, not two random colours that are almost contrasting!

Get that green out of there. But, I do kinda like the idea you had for the "Featured Movies" panel.
Also, the gradient on "NEWGROUNDS" is way too much. If you want to throw in a gradient, don't go overboard and make it pitch black.
