I was just browsing the flash forums, and then accidentaly clicked this link. I noticed his blub said he was born in 96'. Which means he would be 11 or 12. Both are under 13. UNDER AGE!

I really don't believe that age counts that much for maturity..there must be 12-year-olds that are far more mature than some 15 or 16-year-olds....Is anyone actually getting hurt by underage members?

Is underage usery banned? I haven't checked the rules on that in a while, but I remember when I signed up that the youngest age you could have was 14, but I don't remember seeing anything about any age under that being bannable.

The age for posting on the BBS is age thirteen.
To have an account you can be whatever age you want.

The only reason they do it is because of a child offender thing law. The penalties for children offended 12/under are higher then 13/higher.

While that is true they eventually try to smartass around rules as well
And seriously.. why isnt there a rule stating people uner age 13 can sign up?
I think that would stop some users from being able to get here as well

The Mature section is over-rated, but pr0n attracts people, meaning more advertising income for NewGrounds for every 13-year-old that goes there.
