If you read the explanation it seems like Google got some shit from people over having hate sites come up. Probably someone was oversensetive and went crying to their mommy so Google had to write up some lengthy essay over it. Its sort of a squeeky wheel scenario.

A word so high ranked as "Jew" get's such a results, it's scary that so many people who searched Jew actually looked for this site.
