The Pancreas Mycobacterium
This disease is occasioned by a bacteria that eats the pancreas slowly. There's not a treatment or a cure, so the infected person will die once the pancreas is eaten by the bacteria. There's an extremely high chance of getting diabetes after half of the pancreas is eaten.
