An Inventory

Okay, I am currently staying at my stepmom's house in Minnesota for a week, helping my dad look after my sister for a week while my stepmom is on a business trip.

Normally, though, it's just my stepmom and my ten year old sister who are here.

Here is an inventory of all the alcoholic beverages in the house:

40 beers, split about evenly between cans and bottles
9 bottles wine
5 bottles vodka
4 bottles champagne
2 bottles Bailey's Irish Creme
1 bottle cognac
1 bottle Tanqueray gin
1 bottle margarita mix, party-size
1 bottle Captain Morgan's rum
1 bottle Kahlua
1 bottle brandy

This seems a little excessive for a single mother, don't you think?

I should have clarified.

She is my EX-stepmom, but we still visit her and my sister (technically, half-sister) in Minnesota (here) once in a while.

SO, as I am not in my home state, I know no one here who I could party with. :(

I was hanging out with a friend, his girlfriend and her friend at my house. And I had asked my brother to get me a bottle of vodka. Next thing you know I am making out with the girlfriends friend who happened to look like a 9 year old.

dude, that's WAAAAYYYYYYYY excessive. my parent's have had the same bottle of vodka in our drink cabinet since 1984
